"The studio apartment is larger than expected and the bed was comfortable. If you are a traveling healthcare professional, it is located very close to city hospitals. Having an in unit washer and dryer is a bonus. There is also a small gym that is rarely used by tenants in the building. The hosts were quick to respond and checked in frequently. Check in/out process was painless. There is a parking garage under the apartment complex but in the two months I was there, I was unable to secure a spot. Street parking is available but can be difficult to find close to the apartment if coming home later in the evening. Please be aware, if you are staying for a long term lease you will need to secure a PO Box. You are not able to have mail/packages delivered to the building. Kitchen was nice and has a set of pots, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and knife set. Will need to bring pans, microwave safe bowls/mixing bowls, and spices if needed. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and the hosts were very accommodating."
